I have been reading the verses of Hafiz, a Persian lyric poet of the fourteenth century.
Of the many lines I read, this is one of my favourites.

passion pray,
with passion make love,
with
passion work,
with passion eat and drink
and dance and
play.
Why look
like a dead fish
in
this ocean

.
